I often have to buy gloves in size XL so was concerned that these might be too tight. I was pleased to find that they fit me. They are snug but very comfortable. Overall the quality and finish appears to be acceptable. I connected the alligator clip leads to a 12 volt lithium jumper pack and the gloves got warm within 30 seconds. I haven't had the chance to test how long my battery will keep them warm. A couple of criticisms: a 5.5mm 12 volt connector would have been preferable to alligator clips to me. The cable length from the gloves to the switch is only 20" (50cm.) The cables are too short to route the cables up my sleeves to a battery in my pocket or out to a 12 volt outlet at my handlebars. The glove to switch cable length also limits how far I can spread my arms. The cable from the switch to the alligator clip ends is 40" (100cm) which is fine. The only printed material that came with the gloves was not in English and had a picture that did not even appear to be related to the gloves. Overall I would say that these gloves are not perfect but they are still an excellent value. I would recommend that the manufacturer lengthen the cable from the gloves to the switch to 100 cm and install a 5.5mm 12 volt connector at the battery end of cable and that the alligator clips attach to the cable through this 5.5mm connector. UPDATE 2/09/21 I got a 3 foot long extension cable with 3.5x1.35mm sockets to solve the short cord issue. It only took one and allows me to run the cables through my jacket sleeves and keep the battery in my breast pocket. These gloves will get HOT if you take them off and forget to unplug them from power.
