Came with perfect fit to my ridgeline. Front brackets bolt under the front lower cleats that are in the bed which provide a storage space between cab and front of bed. There are holes already in the reidgelines rear bed area for the supplied bolts. Just put the brackets on the correct side and the bolts will peirce a thin sheet of plastic and expose the threads. Great product and it really helps when I travel with my dirt bike. There is also more space than is shown in the picture. The picture shows that the lower part of the extender is flush with the tailgate, mine extends 3 inches past the tailgate with plenty of space for my bike. Fits 1978 kl250.
