i bought 2 of these. The instructions were only a low quality picture, could not read any of the description. The adjustable arms would not tighten down at all so they do not stay set when riding. web site says it comes with extra latches, i did not receive all i needed much less any extra ones. i am going to try and make a solid arm to hold them so maybe i will be able to use them.
