Protection is provided by Premium 1.1-1.3mm Brazilian Cow Leather, 500D Cordura reinforcement in key areas, Titanium elbow plates, removable CE EN-1621:1 certified shoulder and elbow protection. Additionally, the Dark Angel has a full sleeve length removable thermal lining, multiple storage pockets/compartments in both the shell and lining and an 8" YKK jacket-to-pant zipper attachment. To make sure they see you screaming down the highway the Dark Angel is fitted with Reflective Safety Piping on the front and back. Currently available in Sizes 48-56 (58 and 60 available Summer 2009). I can't compare this jacket to others in it's price range because it is my first (and still only) riding jacket. That being said, the jacket has held up very well after two years and fits perfectly, thanks to the seller recommending me to size up. My only problem is that the front zipper ripped off from normal use very quickly, as it was made from really cheap plastic. I just attached a key ring in it's place and had no problems since.
