I have used this as my cold weather jacket for two season now. Fits as sized and very durable. It keeps the wind off of me. It is easy to clean. It is thicker leather, so you are less mobile than say a mesh jacket, but that isn't fun in the cold weather. The armor fits me at the right places and didn't require any adjusting. I have no doubt it will last me many seasons to come.
