These shoes are amazing. They look, feel and function like none other. For the first year I owned these I only rode in them. I got into a position where I needed something I could wear to work (other shoes blew out). I work in a warehouse and sell lumber/ building material so I thought for sure they would be toast after a couple days, especially if I had to deal with any concrete. Well happy to say that well over a year later and they still look new! I ride in them, work in them, chill in them.. they simply can't be beat! They actually are awesome work shoes with all the protection of a boot plus some and the weight of a shoe. The leather is top knotch stuff and with proper conditioning and sealing they have yet to even show a crack. They literally take impacts from sharp steel corners constantly and they just take it! The only thing that upsets me is that it appears they no longer make these shoes otherwise I would be buying a few more pair!I’ve been wearing these for two years! They’re not the most protective boot however it’s exactly the boot I was looking for. If I was going for a long ride I’d choose one of my more protective pairs but this is for when you’re out and about in town riding from spot to spot but spending most of the time in the office, the club or whatever. Definitely worth having in the arsenal.I bought these for wearing on store-runs on my motorcycle or to the local restaurants, etc. I would not wear these on prolonged trips or on off-road travel because they do not have a lot of protection. They have some very light ankle protection and that is it.The comfort, though, is great. They fit perfect, the are not overly stiff yet stiff enough for easy motorcycle riding. They were worth the price, so value for money with my intended use is excellent. So this boot is extremely comfortable once broken in and stylish enough you can wear em around town when your not riding without sticking out. They’re not Gore-Tex it’s some similar product that I don’t think is as good cuz they get really warm and don’t breathe as well so I just wear them on colder days but you gotta remember to unzip them when you’re sitting so your feet can breathe and stay dry. I love the design and I only wish the reinforced shift pads extended a little further back on the boot. Another oversight is there is no pull-on tabs , not a deal breaker by any means because this boot is a 9.2/10Decided to purchase these as a commuter boot due to reading several reviews from around the web. They live up to the hype. Materials and build quality are great. I usually wear a size 11.5 Nike’s/ Van’s / Solomon’s and I sizes down to the Euro 45 for these. Fitment is perfect for my feet, which are relatively skinny. Protection seems adequate for the ankles and toes. Waterproofing works well as my feet have stayed nice and dry during rainy rides. However, these boots do get hot during summer riding. If you spend a lot of time riding in high temps the air version would be a good choice. Also the soles are definitely not represented well in the photos, they are much “whiter” in person, but will end up getting scuffed up in short order. I highly recommend these boots for someone looking for a comfortable, protective, alternate to traditional boots. I haven’t been down in these boots, yet, but I trust they will protect my feel/ ankles well. Added bonus: they look pretty neat.Really think these are a great value for the price. Have a really nice look with the darker leather. Have only rode with them a few times, but seem seem to not get too hot during warm days. Stiff as expected with new boots, but they seem to be braking in nicely. They seem to be very similar to boots that are $100 more. No complaints so far and this point would definitely buy them again. I where a size 10 1/2 in the US and the 44 fit perfect.Update: have had these boots for a while longer and have to say they are some of the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever purchased! The only thing I don't like is the sole, it marks my floors. The fit was great. The boot did not required any break in and felt comfortable right away. Leather needs some time to soften and take the shape of the foot so I guess it will only get better. The only nitpick I have is that if I tie the laces snuggly I can not take off or put on the foot in by just unzipping the boot. I need to unlace as well. Not an issue. I did not have a chance to test it waterproofness yet. The foot got a little hot, but not it's too early to judge. The boots look great IMO, are very well done, and can also wear them casually when not riding the bike.I will probably come back for some edits later.
